Coaching Philosophy:

Players need to be developed in a very technical manner, thus creating a greater spectrum of skills. I believe team systems and team tactics are only as good as the individual players. I view the game as a sequence of plays between 2,3 and sometimes 4 players in ever changing part of the field. My belief is team success hinges on the individual player performance in the sequences. Consequently my coaching focuses on improving the individual and small group play.
