Coaching Philosophy
- Coaching is very important to the players and the club. We
must be skillful in how we apply our methods. We serve as
mentors and teachers of the next generation. So it is vital
to take this opportunity to influence the kids seriously. At
Vardar West we are committed to improving our players!
Personally, I am a coach that develops players by
encouraging them to adopt a technical, dynamic style of play
while teaching them the tactical reasons for the technical
aspects. The importance of player awareness and decision
making is emphasized. First touch, ball control, the ability
to pass and play under pressure are all vital. I also teach
the kids how to be relentless in game situations. I base my
coaching style on a solid defensive platform that culminates
in an expansive and dynamic attack.
