SECTION 1: RETRIEVING THE TEAM PICTURE ADDRESS(URL)


VIEW TEAM HOMEPAGE WITH TEAM PICTURE

1) Login to your team management account.

2) Go to the -- Photos > Manage Photos -- link on the left side menu

3) Click the picture folder containing the team picture image you want on the home page

4) LEFT Click the team picture you want to use

5) A new window will open with the team picture

6) RIGHT Click with your mouse pointer in the center of the image

7) A browser menu tab will open on the RIGHT CLICK

8) Choose the PROPERTIES option on the browser menu

9) A second menu tab will open for the PICTURE PROPERTIES

10) Move your mouse pointer over the Address(URL) area

11) RIGHT click on the Address(URL) area and choose SELECT ALL, then COPY the address by RIGHT CLICK

*** By RIGHT clicking on the the Address(URL) you are selecting the source address for the picture in the team photo gallery.

12) COPY the address here so you dont lose it after you close the browser windows.

SECTION 2: ADDING TEAM PICTURE TO TEAM HOME PAGE

1) Click the -- Communication > Send Announcements -- link on the left side menu

2) Choose the -- Send/Add New Announcement -- on the top menu

3) Choose -- Recipients -- from the Drop Down Menu -- Website Post Only

4) Click -- Post on Website? -- option checkbox

5) Enter Team Picture Title in the -- Announcement Title text box

6) You are almost there, the next step is to go back to SECTION 1, and COPY the team picture image URL.

7) After you COPY the image URL, you need to look at the website code below.

-- The first line is the header that shows the team AGE GROUP

-- The second line is where you paste the image URL. Between the <center><img src=http:///www. AND =450></center>
